Job Costing allows the user to enter a estimate outlining what is expected to be used in order to carry out the required project work. This estimate can then be used to judge the performace of the project to determine any cost over or under runs incurred in carrying out the project work

Manage Multiple EstimatesPartner Product Available
Multiple estimates can be held against each level of the project.
 
Import from ExcelPartner Product Available
Where complex formula are required for preparing a quote, these can be prepared within Excel and then copied directly into the job costing quote based on a few key fields.
 
Import from Historic JobsPartner Product Available
The user has the ability to bring through quote details based on information that has been entered onto a previous job.
 
Import from Sales OpportunitiesPartner Product Available
Where a sales person has previously created a sales quote in SAP Business One, this information can seamlessly be imported into the estimate tab of the job.
 
Print EstimatesPartner Product Available
Quotes and estimates can be printed out at either the master or sub job level of the job as required for the user. Multiple formats of the quote form can be maintained to display different information depending on the requirements of the user.
 
Generate Contracts Based on EstimatesPartner Product Available
Where the billing on the job is based on a billing schedule, or else based on phases or milestones, the quote prepared in SAP Business One can be imported directly into the contracts module of the job to generate the billing schedules.
